I love how Sandra Oh described her first meeting with Big Bird - "like that moment in Ratatouille where the critic eats the ratatouille..." it would be like that for me if I ever met a Muppet.

@RadioLaPrincess, I have to agree with you, Because I too remember watching Sesame Street when I was Younger, This show has taught my all about, Numbers, Letters, and also about Friendship. and I hope that I'll show this show to my two nieces when they are older., and I also hope that the Next Generaition would watch this show, just as the generaition did before them.

@RadioLaPrincess I know what you mean. I was Three when the Show debuted and like so many people I remember watching it. So many people have visited The Street not to be confused with The UK Soap Opera Coronation St. : - D. I live in Canada and while the US Version had segments in English & Spanish, we had ours in English & French. This is the Show that every Kid's show of Today's Generation should be lucky to be compared to.

I am 40 and watching this clip brought tears to my eyes. This is such an amazing show and I am thrilled I was able to watch it as a child. I have a genius IQ and firmly believe this show is part of the reason why, along with having parents who read to me. I hope this show lasts forever and that my future kids and grandkids can enjoy it.

@hsuehhs: Normally, yes. But Matt Vogel is Carrol Spinney's future replacement, so he's taking the helm for him when Big Bird & Oscar the Grouch need to be seen simultaneously.

Ok, I'm Talking Off-Topic Here That Has Nothing To Do With Sesame Street, So Has Anyone Heard That The Macho Man Randy Savage Died In A Car Crash?.
Seriously, quit with the cutaways to Bindi Irwin.

Yep ... Sesame Street is unsurpassed. I remember growing up with the show ... then sat with my nephews and nieces watching it. And when I am home sick ... sometimes my remote stops on Public TV ... even to this day. :)
