  • Will great video......However, In my opinion you need more recovery time after forty.

  • @ronwilliams36

Obviously, recovery time is factored into the advice in the vid. Listen carefully :)

  • What is deloading ???!!!

  • @AbsolutBalderdash

One of the most important concepts there is if you plan to make continued progress and avoid injuries, over training, etc. Reducing loads and volume for a specific time. Articles on my site and vids here touch on that. See blog "The Importance Of Proper Program Design!" on Brinkzone or vid "Why your workouts suck!" and others.

In the context of the vid, your comments make no sense.

  • Great advice. All you young guy's listen up and avoid the pitfalls us older guy's have fallen into.

Then consider finding a better doctor. Doctors I work with do as I ask. If they don't, I look for one who is interested in working with me on my health and well being, and understands the value of optimal hormone levels for health/well being, etc. Most have little knowledge of the topic sadly... Good luck.

  • @willbrink HA..HA...HA... HA,,,,that's funny. Hey, who do you get to check your hormones once a year? My doctor would just roll his eyes.suzq.

  • @ReturnOfJackDawson definitely start training you lower body. They are the largest muscles in your body and your body releases the most amount of growth hormone when being worked as well as burn the most calories. Also how do you expect to be able to do things like standing military press 200lbs when your legs can't even squat 200lbs?

  • @joshor123

Of course it applies to you! It's advice to anyone under 40 also what they should be doing NOW to avoid issue later on. so it applies to everyone in truth.
