Showdown Over the City 2008

The Quiksilver Showdown Over the City is Grouse Mountains annual Pro-Am contest. This premier end of season event is the largest contest-style winter snow sport event in Vancouver.

With over 100 riders competing throughout the course of the weekend, Quiksilver Showdown Over the City brings together internationally recognized pro riders and top up and coming amateur athletes.

The contest will take place over the course of two days with the amateur qualifier on Friday March 28th and the contest on Saturday, March 29th. Both days will conclude with award ceremonies and après festivities.
