in my church i do sound there is a lot of reverb on the house do you think that the bass woofer will make sound muddy or very boomy?

Because bass is undirectional.. Why is it stereo? Or is that just purely for 2 subs? x

Thanks. Valuble info. I'm setting up a small budget biamped pa system for our band. Have two pwr amps 600w (subs) & 300w (midhighs), a mono crossover, Mackie 16 ch. mixer board, an old peavey effects rack unit w/ delay, 2 Peavy mid-high towers w/ 4 12s and a Horn and 2 Peavey 18" subs. Was wondering if you could explain how to do this in a mono 2-way situation rather than in stereo. I think the Peavey mid-high towers have a passive crossover already built into them, this shouldn't matter right?

@ellaskins can you tell me how i would use my pa system with a diffrent amp 4 my bass (crossfader)
what im saing i wanna have a high amp and a bass amp some dj's said to get a crossfader but i dont know what a crossfader is plz helpp

How would you set it up the exact same except with only one subwoofer?

in the UK KAM have a 3 way amp, R & L and a bass out so you can atach a single bass cab.
