Listen I am not hating but I look like a clysdale (big hoarse) all I do is bench press flys curls p90x you should not do any exercise that comprises the spine your going to get growth deformeties and just take protein powder and EAT your literally killing yourself with supplements

dude, you have no idea what those supplements are and their effects on your body and brain. Just because you read some article telling you it's safe doesn't mean it is for you, especially at the quantity you consume them. Companies boast and tell you it's the shit, but they're just trying to sell a product and rip you off. Quit burning daddy's money. Not only that, you have no idea how they all interact with each other, that's the most dangerous aspect.

Good to see you back. Man you take a lot of supps. I only take a few now and get almost all my protein and bcaas from real food. Creatine and a good multi vitamin are the winners in any supplementation. You really need to go lower in my squats. If you can't break parallel on a squat then you need to lower the weight a bit. There is no reason to use that much weight if you don't go down far enough. Don't let ego get envolved in training.
