  • you do a very nice job on breaking everything down

  • Thanks for the good vibes...

  • Hi there Pebber, love your lessons and appreciate all of your help, but i have a question, when listening to song, how do you actually indentify what scales are being used? i mean, say you can pick out a few notes, but those notes are found in more than 1 scale? Cheers Pebber

  • Study ear training. Sing the scales. Identify keys, identify chords. Its a long process.

  • 14 is there now. Weird You Tube glitch.

  • goo job man, you'r the best teacher..really interesting!

  • I really appreciate these videos, thanks for posting them. I've been playing guitar for a few years and I'm basically "stuck" at a certain point of playing, if you understand what I mean. I just have to dedicate myself to learning and actually practicing, not just jamming around for a few hours, that's been my biggest problem. Again, thanks for all these videos!

  • thanks for sharing your knowledge, and making it easier for those who follow, I appreciate it a lot. : youre a cool guy!

  • oh man thats why im all effed up when it comes to learning diffrent scale patterns from diffrent books theres more than one way to do it cuz god damn i was getting like wtf why is this book diffrent from the other book as far as positions in scales thanks man a light went on for me

  • i had this as well, what i did was made it really simple, for example just play a single note and just listen to that, without already thinking about the next note, or thinking about anything else for that matter, because when you start thinking you've stopped listening. maybe try to bring more balance between listening without thought and thinking what to play next. remember silence is as important as sound (if not more importent)

  • Watch the point of view (POV) videos here on playing the chromatic scale. Thumb behind 2nd finger.

  • OMG .... this is going Kick Ass. Like you know how when a clap of thunder just rattles the house and you just know that snap of lightning that follows is going to be fearsome!

Lol this is going to be cool. This is my first exposure to the CAGE system .......hell yeah!

  • I Hear the Chords in these Jam tracs, and I dont feal right Soloing if i am not hitting a note that makes me sound as if i changed with the band. So I studied some on Chord Construction. I seen your Vid where you tought we need Chords! Now i just was using a Diminished as a passing chord form: 7th Chord to a Magor Chord . "AWSOME" Wow I am learning this stuff there Teacher :)
