That is not how you make the pastry . I am jamaican and know that you dont handle the dough so much because the fat need to be made into layers - this makes it lovely and flakey !
haha curry powder ? That's not how you make it yellow you silly woman. You need yellow coloring powder or accent !

@Jrockfangirl12 Hey, thanks for watching. The beef really makes quite a bit, but the pastry probably makes about 12 or so, depending on the size of the patties you make. I usually do a double batch on pastry so I can make a lot. The trouble with making them is that everyone wants to eat them, so you have to make extra for yourself! Enjoy!
