This thing is just fine and dandy! For what appears to be a tourist trap, a store just west of Times Square on 42nd Street that has neon signs outside and a pretty big crowd, it sure has one crappy elevator. It has a very crappy cab, one that looks like a service or freight elevator cab, and even worse, it's been vandalized. It's not the most vandalized elevator I've seen, but it's still pretty bad, and they really should be taking a better effort to keep this clean, especially considering that this is a crowded tourist trap right by Times Square. Besides the vandalism and ugly cab, it has Schindler MT fixtures, and there is an emergency stop switch, which is rare to see on a Schindler MT panel, but that's required by code to be on every elevator in New York City.
schindlers are the only elevators that go into bulge mode most of the time.
