  • You have provided excellent verbal details (best on youtube by far!) of all your other videos, i am disappointed, that you haven't outlined the mechanics of Eka Pada :(

  • I will do this soon! Watch for it...

  • as you breath out your your abs-- and i think your spine is still twisted for this) lifts your back leg up while your knee doesn't quite face the ground( but is angled slightly to the same side as your gaze). If you find this explanation incorrect or lacking in detail, it might best if you correct me, so that others don't approximate incorrect movements, and fall flat on their face.

  • ...then press your front thigh into the front upper arm and lever your back leg into the air as your chest lowers. You got it! Have fun!!

  • can you explain your body's physiology while you do Eka Pada. I would love to be able to do this. You appear to have chatarangua arms, and your knee is past your elbow facing the front wall like the crown of your head, and your back ball off foot hops past the opposite wrist off the mat, then
