Salto HB-1232

96" wingspan Salto (from Nitroplanes) flying at the slope. CG is 1/4" in front of the wing rod, spoilers are not effective for landing. This Salto flies great as long as you keep up the speed. Be easy on the elevator stick! This glider flew in 14-20mph wind.

hi all,

i will be trying to convert this aircraft into a solar powered electric glider and have a few questions. i was wondering if this plane could take the load of a motor, esc, larger battery etc.? how would i have to adjust the center of gravity?

The plane came with all hardware. Just needs radio gear installed and balanced. Can fly at the slope as long as the wind is blowing!
