6.0 Liter Ford Powerstroke Cab Removal for Head Gaskets

This video is the will show disassembly to remove the cab from the chassis on a 2007 Ford Powerstroke. In previous videos, I replaced the EGR & oil coolers only to find the head gaskets have failed.

i have heard the studs are possible to install with cab on on an 04, is that possible? I did an egr delete as soon as i bought the truck, owner before just replaced cooler and oil cooler. so far no problems. i do alot of work on Peterbilts and other heavy trucks but this is my first powerstroke. @srmastertech Cool man well send me an email when ya do mebob2001@gmail.com, i am accully an an apprentice in canada right now in this trade, so i at least have a godo idea of whats going on, but i still dont think i wanna attempt this, due to the rear timing chain on the back on the right head, it lookes like a pain.

Good evening, I don't have a video showing the timing chain cassette replacement on the 4.0lit SOHC. I do know how to perform this, but I just haven't done one since I started my videos. It is a great engine, but to time the engine, you must have all the special tools and even then, it is a very difficult repair for those who are not experienced with this engine. If not performed correctly, engine damage will occur. I will record the next one I do!
