That is a common misconception but untrue. River Song did not "give all her regenerations to Smith". She gave her regeneration ENERGY to save him from the poison...but not the actual "regenerations" itself. There is nothing stated in the dialogue to suggest that she gave him regenerations and nothing in any story that suggests that a Time Lord can even do that. What she did was similar to what the 5th Doctor almost did in "Mawdryn Undead".

Well actually, i think you may be forgetting the fact thar RiverSong gave all her regenerations to the 11'th doctor (Matt Smith) in "Let's kill Hitler". So i would think he still has another 9 regenerations to go since RiverSong had only regenerated 2 times when she gave Matt the rest :3.
