He's my favorite drummer, too. With Jim Chamberlin and Sean Kinney for their originality. Some of his stuff are really breath taking. It's no wonder that he writes songs too. His drumming is so musical.

When people ask who my 3 favorite drummers are for technique, originality and tenacity, I give them 3 names: Neil Peart, Stewart Copeland and...

not even a mistake.....his stick accidentally hit the under side of the hi hat but he pulled it off well and didnt even loose time
