@madizmzkizm Actually, that's not quite fair. In isolation each fabrication is quite hard to spot - it's only when they are presented as a whole that the fraud becomes obvious. The problem is not with editors/reviewers failing to spot these frauds. The real problem is when they refuse to act when frauds are pointed out.

@KingAdrock99 Perhaps it was brought up with the Journals and the authors, but maybe they decided to do nothing. Not surprisingly, Jigen (after much work) took matters into his own hands. Trust me when I say that editors do (regularly?) decide to ignore fraud cases, I'm sure in part because they are unsure how to proceed, but also because it is such a legal minefield. Editors - sit up and take scientific misconduct cases allegations seriously!

This certainly should be brought up with the corresponding journals, not aired on youtube. An independent investigation should be done instead of some photoshopped allegations about other photoshopping of data.

First song is called "To Climb" by Michael Joy

This is not a fair play. I mean, to show these slides on Youtube.
I think, it would be better FIRST to show these slides to the correspondent / last author.
It might NOT be his / her fault, because he/she might TRUST his/her students.
I do not agree with this "Youtube method"....

Kato doesn't like!

Great job in discovering these manipulations! You are doing the job of the journal editors and referees.
-
@LMTR14 No. You don't _understand_.

I don't care.
Were these images manipulated? Maybe.
Fabricated? Perhaps.
Does this video have an excellent soundtrack? Definitely.
