Murkin playing with cute foster kitten

My dog Murkin plays with one of his foster kittens. He is very sweet and patient with them! These kittens will stay with us until they are old enough to be spayed/neutered and put up for adoption. About Murkin: Murkin is a shelter dog! He was born in 2003 and we think he is a great pyrenees/lab/golden retriever/australian shepherd mix. I adopted him from our local shelter when he was about 6 months old. He is very calm and patient, and he loves to hang out and play with other animals, especially cats and kittens. I foster kittens for our local animal shelter, if you click on my youtube channel you will find lots of videos of Murkin and all the kittens we have fostered over the years.

Two questions, how did you figure out he was so gentle with kittens? And what kind of dog is he? I see Golden maybe but idk what else, its driving me crazy!

@CheyBaybee he has some Great Pyrenees in him, it explains the personality and the way he gets along with cats and kittens! If you look for great pyrenees mixes on petfinder, you will find dogs that look just like him, he was probably crossed with a lab/golden which is really common :)

@istaovde forcing them to play with eachother? lighten the hell up jeez these kittens were orphaned and this is great for them, also dcjanelle already made videos showing how they clip the kittens toenails... shame YOU can't appreciate that eh?

kittens gonna hurt that dog's eyes... u should be aware of that still it seems u be forcing them to play together by putting those kittens in dog's face... the dog gets it n that's why's he's ok woth that.. coz he's such a nice n obedient dog. shame u can't appreciate that...
