Hmm, I gotta say that I think he disliked the show mainly because saw the dub as a kid, I'd suggest he watch the japanese dub, since no changes were done to it, and the story makes more sense in it

@AnonymousGameTag Yeah, some shows in the 80s and 90s were known for that sort of thing. Sure it was cheaper, but it was still annoying when you realized that they were just the same bits of animations you had already seen before.
