How my wavy shell stitch blanket was created. Remember it's just two lines of stitching. The 3rd colour makes it unique and interesting

Hi Mikey, I absolutely adore this pattern, thanks for sharing it!! I've created one for my niece who's fav colours are red, pink and purple...wasn't sure the colours would blend together, but gave it a go anyway, think it turned out beautifully and can't wait for her to open it at Christmas! I love your colour combo in this tutorial that I've bought similar colours & have just finished 2 baby blankets in them, one for a new great nephew and one to donate to a local hospital. Thanks again!! xxoo

@AhmaAhpa100 hello this is chanel @mikeys helpdesk....its hard to say exactly how much yarn you will use but for a baby blanket I would start with 2-3 of each color and then get more if you need it!!

Hi and thank you for your great tutorials! I am a beginer and would like to know the best size crochet hook to use. I see that it appears as though you are using the same hook in several of your videos. What size do you use? Thank you so much!

@bevie125 mikey usually uses a sz J hook unless he says otherwise!!! A J sz is a good sz to learn with too!!
