The true muscle cars have died...The Plymouth Barracuda, The Dodge Charger, The Ford T-bird, The Ford Gran Torino...At least the Mustang is still with us, and the Camaro.

the plot doesn't make sense.How would the mobsters know that bullit had ross?And why would the mob even get into it with the SFPD in the first place over a ripoff within their own organisation?That's not their style,they would have simply bided their time until they found ross and then cut his throat.Nice and quiet like.

YEA I OWNED A CAR LIKE THAT IN THE LATE SIXTIES AND I USED TO DRIVE LIKE THAT IN CALIFORNIA, SO I CAN ATTEST, THIS IS THE CAR CHASE PERIOD, CLINT EASTWOOD EVEN SAID THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE ENDED CAR CHASES WITH THIS ONE.......BECAUSE THIS ONE IS MORE REAL, IT HAS GREAT CARS AND GREAT STARS.......THIS IS THE ART OF THE CAR CHASE, YOU CAN GET MORE CRAZY AND MORE FANTASTIC WITH A CAR CHASE, BUT THIS ONE IS MORE LIKE THE FINE ART OF A CAR CHASE, WITH A FINE MUSCLE CAR AND A FINE ACTOR AT THE HELM

Probably the most famous muscle-car chase, because it's the first one you really can call "muscle-car chase"...
