America is a very shallow over sexed selfish narcissistic society. Why are Americans so mystified by this case when thousands of children dissapear everyday?I love children but i hate how the parents are raising them.Casey Anthony is a product of American society... a generation of kids babysat by TV and pacifying parents.There will be more like Casey Anthony...Parents should not let their children watch tv or the media. let them stay children and they will be stable adults later in life.

Sorry to say Cindy but I have actually seen someone 'acting out' a seizure' - to gain attention and to deflect their bad behaviour as something else. It was actually embarrassing but they were caught out and needed to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat. As a mother I can understand you want to find a medical reason -she may have been a great daughter - perhaps party drugs just took their toll...some are vulnerable to it triggering -but she did kill her daughter whatever the cause.
