In his valedictorian speech, he asks this question of Maharishi: What do we, the graduating students of Maharishi University of Management and at your many other consciousness-based schools around the world, most need to hear and understand?

2. Experience that storehouse of infinite creativity, which is in the nature of your Self. Devote two, three hours morning and two, three hours evening, in practice of Transcendental Meditation and it's advanced techniques and yogic flying, and you'll find that your thoughts will be picked up by Natural Law and there is nothing impossible with the support of Natural Law.

3. In any management, in any business, if you get a good consultant, he'll do more than half things for you because of his experience. Stabilize your Self in your own inner Self; and then your thought will be supported by infinite organizing power of total Natural Law. That will give you the status of a real Vedic management expert.

4. Management means you should know how to do least to accomplish maximum. Get to that fine level of intelligence from where you promote your thought, and the thought will engage infinite creativity of Natural Law. Otherwise, how much you can achieve by working hard?

5. If you want success, learn the source of success. The source of success is your Self.
