outled - hello plane (2005-ish)

Thought it was gone forever, but amywamie found an old tune of mine called 'hello plane' on a cd.
As a surprise she made me this vid to go with it :)
The original was up on myspace years ago, made from recording radio samples of queen and the stranglers (strangle the queen) using a mac built in mic, then layered on soundedit16 and adding my vocals again through the built in mic. Due to the usual incompatiblity issues of filetypes and such i had to then record it onto tape then back through the built in mic on a stereo with one working speaker. Since then it was downloaded and converted back onto cd where again it was a filetype unreadable for moviemaker so amywamie has recorded it on her camera microphone then reuploaded. Hence why the sound quality is extremely lofi :)

I will always regret giving the Stranglers the cold shoulder one drizzly night in Vancouver as they were waiting for their bus driver to open the door, not a single other person around. We stared at each other but I was too bitter and cool.
