Years ago I worked at an animation studio where my boss (who was a crazy funny guy!) played for me a reel to reel recording of Lewis and Martin Chesterfield OUT-TAKES where Jerry started getting real raunchy and swearing like a sailor!! Hilarious stuff... I wish somebody would post THAT!!

I wonder how many ppl from this era got hooked on cigs They prob didn't realize how they were advertising many future deaths....I LOVE these old advertisements

Weird watching this sort of stuff nowadays, isn't it! The "I Love Lucy" DVDs have similar plugs for Philip Morris, with Lucy and Desi asking us all to please go out and buy some "lovely" Philip Morris cigarettes. Rather entertainingly, one of the sets also includes them doing a plug for the Heart Foundation, and encouraging everybody to look after their hearts.
Stopping the plugs for cigarettes might help there, guys... ;)
