  • @radnieroradniero great point.. This video is strictly to build a shredded back.. I do deadlifts for lower back.. but it's not what this video is about..

  • so basically after you workout in the gym, doing cardio helps gains. No matter what type of cardio, such as boxing or treadmil, it will still increase your gains?

  • @AblettGC2011 exactly... Apply this same concept to Leg training days.. doing lower body cardio (running) after a leg workout is magical.. people just don't know..

  • @emptied10 145 squatting 405 is no joke.. good shyt.. Bodybuilding and Strongman or power-lifting competitions are two different animals.. It's like saying how come 100 meter track runner doesn't hold any world record of 1000 meters. Hell, they are both athletes with amazing running skills right?. Because the 100 meter runner only train to be the best at what he does!! A bodybuilder doesn't train to break any world strength record, he trains solely to look like sculpted work of art on stage.
