Place foam roller under hamstrings with hips unsupported. Cross left leg over right leg to increase pressure. Draw abs in and activate glutes. Slowly roll from the back of knee toward posterior hip to find the most tender spot, whilst maintaining tightness in the quadriceps. Once identified, hold tender spot until the discomfort is reduced. Progress to the next tender spot and hold again. Repeat on opposite leg.
