This is a section from Friday the 23rd's performance of "Still Confronting the Ground" by Jhon R. Stronks. For this performance the Houston Met commissioned me to manage the sound score for the performance. Jhon gave me some music that he was working with and I decide that I would just remix the tracks live. First I quantized the tracks, in this case, Hometown Glory by Adele, so that I could sync the Korg Electribes and record drum/synth lines. I also performed the drum/synth lines live to overlap the layers. Stay tuned for more clips!
