Hopefully the resolution is good enough to show the crush at the end of this video. I've got plenty of intact hulls, few completely intact kernels, and a bit of flour - almost perfect! Realize that flour is OK as long as you've got plenty of husks to create a filter bed.

  • that thing is a finger taker offer

  • @lanesteele240 Indeed! I've since refined my grain mill. I'll try and post a video of the current rig sometime.

  • is this for moonshine?

  • @Erniz2 No, just beer.

  • What mm distance apart do you set your rollers at?

  • @highproof - I use about 0.035" (0.9mm). In a pinch, you can use the thickness of a credit card to set the gap.

  • @av8or233 Thank you kind sir.

  • @highproof that depends on the size of your rollers. Use trial & error.

  • How do you go dumping a bucketful in at once?

  • very nice
