Ancient Tundra - 'And Silence Finally Prevails...' Official Video

This is the third in a series of three music videos that will be filmed for the DVD portion of the Symbiosis/Ancient Tundra Pro CD/DVD Split entitled 'These Engulfing Winds Never Die'

Footage was shot between March 31st and April 1st 2009 in various areas in and around Swift Current, Saskatchewan (Canada) by N. Skog. This video is the first Ancient Tundra music video to not have winter as its central theme. The intent of this video is to show a contrast between the vast empty prairies and the more industrialized areas.

Editing was done on April 15th-16th 2009.

The music in this video is awesome .. Spacy, eerie, dreamy soundscape .. However, the video does not do the prairies justice .. I live in Saskatchewan, and the prairies are simply breathtaking and have far more nuances, than shown in the images chosen .. That been said, the video is still a favorite of mine and deserves more than 5 stars :)
