if you want the texture to glow btw, (I needed it for an EOTech Sight) set the material to VCol Light and Shadeless. Great tut! Thanks a bunch.

I recently decided to mess around with the game engine once more. I had to map an image of a bullet onto a plane (with transparency of course) but I had no clue how to enable the alpha until I watched this video. To this day you are a complete lifesaver! Thanks for the tutorial!

i've looked at a lot of sites/videos for a solution to my problem, but this is the only one that helped me. thanks a lot for the video... and great wallpaper

Thank you very much for this. I was having difficulty getting alphas to show up correctly in Blender and this addressed all of the problems that I was having. :D
