The Curtain Shop / Louis Vaccaro on News 12.mpg

Louis Vaccaro, co-owner of The Curtain Shop (541 Main St New Rochelle NY - CurtainShop.com) and co-chair of the New Rochelle BID Downtown showcase, comments his involvement with the event.
New Rochelle BID presented a "Downtown Showcase" featuring five New Rochelle interior designers and products from more than twenty-five downtown businesses. The painters have finished (generously donated by Von Mach Enterprises Inc.) and the vision for the two and three bedroom apartments with towering views at Avalon on the Sound East is taking shape. The designers Michelle Sanchez Boyce, Venera Evanko, Susan Simone Halliburton, Timothy McVey and Chenoa Maxwell are using merchandise exclusively from businesses within the BID district. The showcase opened to the public starting with ticket holders to the House Tour on October 25th when the apartments are featured in the 12th Annual Accent on New Rochelle House Tour to benefit the Solomon Katz Breast Center at Sound Shore Medical Center.
