Jon Armstrong's take on Roberto Giobbi's brilliant trick from Card College, vol. 2 I think. With Jon's handling, the spectator gets to genuinely shuffle the deck to their heart's content before and after the selection, and there's a chance you will actually get lucky... If you know what I mean!

Since I started performing this, it is my number one trick in terms of reactions, bar none. Don't pass this up!

  • I've done the first part of this trick (revealing the gimmicked coin), but I wasn't expecting the "miracle reveal." I did not notice the move at all; that's proof the it happens at the perfect time. I may not be a pro, but I'm definitely no spectator.

  • @asaffin1 Thank you sir. This kills.

  • Great effect however i feel the "move" happens at the worst time, when everones burning the card, i dont feel the off beat is strong enough.

  • @TheBradTobin No no no! Don't be misled! The move happens at the perfect time: you've build suspense, everybody is under tension, and as soon as the chip is turned over and they get the "joke", everybody relaxes and releases tension into laughter, amazement, etc. The move is psychologically invisible. Plus you have the cover of picking up the chip to put it back on the card. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
