i remember when i had my first exam when i was fourteen and i was sooo frickin scared! I`m twentythree now so that was almost a decade ago and i´ve had quite a few more since then but i remember my first one like it was yesterday.I guess most women do.I think it´s really good that you put this video out here, i know I´d feel a bit better when i was a teenager to watch this before my first exam. i think it can help young girls who´ve heard all these horrorstories about the gynecologist.Good job:)

I'm 21 I want to go me n my bf are trying for a baby we haven't had much luck been off contraception for about 1 1/2 years so I think I better go just to get a check up I'm terrified and I'm so shy

I'm paranoid that everytime my mom says she is taking me to a "doctor's appointment" she'll take me to the gyno without telling me what's going on until we get to the front doors of the office. lol

yeah I went when I was 15 it hurt like a mother fucker when she hoisted my vag open. But I didn't get free condoms D:! But she was all you have to go once a year and I didn't cry when she about ripped me open I cried that.. It makes me wanna just have alot of oral sex and the salt decay my teeth cause I actually like the Dentist. XD

my medical doesnt cover yaz and so i keep getting generics and i have major issues with generics. like my nose bleeding. and my vision going blurry ugh =(

although i started taking yaz for about a year and a half, i've now switched to a generic called ocella. i haven't noticed any difference at all. you should probably mention that to your doctor because those don't sound like typical side effects of birth control.

i think the rule of thumb is that you should go when you become sexually active, or once you turn 18.
