The reporter has no understanding of the world of kids with disabilities, the issues of kids with disabilities in public schools, or their civil rights. He seems to think this is a petty spat. Very disappointing reporting. The reporter keeps harping on the cost to taxpayers - when he should have reported that had the school system appropriately addressed the issue of bullying in the first place, most of these costs would never have been incurred.
