This week I hung the chain back onto this machine, and re-evaluated the brakes and showed how they worked. The calipers, swingarm, rear wheel, and caliper bracket are all from different makes/models and aren't supposed to work together, BUT THEY DO!

Also evaluated how right side rearset footpeg and brake lever would mesh up with the kickstarter.

  • it will be a real mess and every one will laugh at you..lmfao classic

  • @jp100090 Hahaha, yep!

  • 4:25 im guessing you got very mad when installing the rear wheel?

  • @WeirdoMikey2T Nah, it fits, its tight, but it fits. It would be easier if I had a 3rd hand, but no getting mad is necessary.

  • your doing a good job really nice

  • dude i always embark on these same type of projects and people always have to say "why are u doing that?" and i always feel like i have to justify my bad ass projects.

  • your like jimmy neutrons dad

  • @vvtheduckvv Oh! and thanks for the compliment, I'm glad you appreciate my stuff, I have more stuff that I'd like to do, and SOMEDAY SOON I'll have this CR500 running. :)

  • @warrenfoxgrey Actually, its been geared up for highway economy and noise reduction, typically that would make it harder to do wheelies, but it seems that it has a better tendency to lurch forward when revving it hard and dumping the clutch thus raising the front wheel easier. I was in first gear in the intro, but I couldn't get it to wheelie at all in second gear, even with stock sprockets.

  • Hi Duckman - love your videos. I do have a question though, In your intro you did a wheelie with your Ninja 250cc - is your driven sprocket stock? or did you change it to a bigger one for easier wheelies? And what gear were you in?

  • @vvtheduckvv it would make life allot more easy lol. anyway, i was thinkin about your backed up footpegs , i think the shiftpedal is gonna be tricky

  • @supermotardmario You mean when I cut the slot in it? I'm kinda surprised they didn't come that way!

  • thats actually pretty fuckin smart with the chain guard
