This level was made by Mario Builder, it's a game made with Game Maker on Yoyo Games. You can go to their site. sandbox.yoyogames You'll find lots of other games made with Game Maker there. You can find Mario Builder V11 as of now if you search it on the site. I'm not sure which version the one in the vid is, but right now V11 by Ting Thing is the current one.

@th3vampan3z3l0rd level is literally impossible to beat without powerups, the enemies cover more square area than mario can even jump, let alone a powerup to deflect projectiles with. (This took me 5 hours to beat.)

@TheSwearboxvideos It's an .exe file, that means it's an executable program. So yea, it's like an app you download from the website. The game's called Mario Builder, right now Ting Thing (creator of Mario Builder) released V11. You could also make your own games too if you download Game Maker (currently v8.1)
