How long should you do each exercise?

We recommend 1 minute of high knees and arm action.10- 20 reps of claw on each leg and 10 - 20 second bursts of fast feet. The fast feet exercise can be repeated through out a run. For more on speed and agility go to the workout section of our website and read the recovery day activity articles.
