PCCOH's initiative for a Sovereignty Amendment of the Ohio Constitution - Part 1 of 4

Our mission at The PEOPLES CONSTITUTION COALITION of OHIO is to force government, through constitutional law and the mechanisms of government, to comply with and be held accountable to our state and federal Constitutions. We believe it is time for the people to exercise their sovereign powers over government, using the initiative process, to restore our federalist Republic. The plan is to reunite all 50 states of the Union and hold the federal government within the strict interpretation of the federal Constitution. Our approach is to introduce an Amendment to our state Constitutions that will mandate compliance and provide the mechanisms for enforcement.
