If you are interested in getting a multi gym then check this video out. Brad goes through why the Powertec Multi System is a great alternative for a home gym.

Don't believe the garbage that some "experts" on the internet forums claim about multi gyms being useless. Some are but the Powertec Multi System is different and if it is good enough for a bloke like Brad is going to be more than enough for the serious weight trainer.

  • It is almost a gym assembled in a single machine.

    Amazing!!! ^^

  • @paulosemifusa It actually is in a way. It is a combination of several quality single stations.

  • doin the same exercise over an over on this machine, can u hit plateau

  • @jeraldo2009

You will hit plateaus with any type of weight training. All you need to do is take a week off and change things up a bit.

The beauty of this machine is that there is loads of variety so you can keep progressing.

Check out our website for variations.

    Thanks, Sam.

  • Hi

First addition I would make to this system is a straight Olympic Bar and a set of adjustable dumbbells like the Ironmaster Quick Lock Dumbbells. Both these options take up little space and offer a lot of exercises.

The next piece of equipment would depend on my goals. If it was strength and power I would get a power rack. If I wanted to do some isolation work I would get the Powertec Shape System. The Shape System is very underrated and goes nicely with the multi system.

    Thanks, Sam.

  • gotta git one

  • you said if you want to take your body a step further you can add dumbbells and some single workbenches. Which workbench would you recommend that the multi system would otherwise lack and why?
