Despite Dolly's remarks in the intro, does anyone else get the sense that Dolly and Stella were never particularly close (at least in their early years)? I remember reading a few different interviews where Stella commented that being Dolly's kid sister didn't help her carer much, and (you had to read between the lines), that Dolly herself was too preoccupied with her own career to be of much help.
