I'm watching this to pass the time while the Phillies what could be the deciding game of the NLDS... I don't do good in nerveracking situations. I was closing my eyes when they were playing the World Series...

Definitely not a riot. Car flips were very small. It was mostly celebratory. It wasn't as if people were affraid to take to the streets. The number of reported incidents were actually VERY LOW compared to the amount of people on the streets and compared to other cities. Look at some of the Bulls celebration videos. They were riots.
