A1: You can get the DLC at Xbox live (Silver or gold) for 250 points each.

A2: you can get the DLC at Playstation store network for $2.99 each

Q: Where can i play this?

A: to play a DLC level, first you need to download the pack, second you need the game,
after you do that you play the game, go to the title screen, and select the place you downloaded (EX: Apotos/shamar = Apotos and shamar)

A: The -2 is a way of saying harder mode

This type of platforming should be in the day levels, along with the speed of the day levels.

That is a rare case. You're fighting a titan and just get the normal battle music.

A little too much platforming and not enough fighting up to there.
