The Chilly Winds perform "Gonna Go Down The River," written by actor/musician Buddy Mize and Nashville Songwriter Hall Of Fame member Dallas Frazier, best known for his 1959 novelty hit "Alley Oop" and for several decades now a minister. The song was recorded by The Kingston Trio on one of their later albums on Decca Records, 1965's "Stay Awhile," and it is that arrangement that The Chilly Winds have used.
"Duophonic" refers to creating two channels out of an original monophonic mixdown, which the soundtrack of this video was. Videography: Mick Coates.
