Conversation with Richmond City Police Commander Michael Snawder

I was sign waving today on the corner of 5th and Broad street in downtown Richmond in front of the Convention Center, where Rick Perry was having a campaign speech (don't worry I do NOT support that tool).

After standing on the corner for a few minutes, I noticed an increase in police presence, an unmarked car pulled up behind the CNN truck where I was standing and pretty much parked next to me. I started seeing cops consistently ride around the block. I then noticed a Richmond City cop I had seen in a YouTube video. So after conversing with some passerby's about my sign, I decided to have a conversation with him and gave him a Cop Block business card (which i later witnessed him showing his colleagues as I drove off). My hands were full, pardon the bad videography!

some cops are civil, just like this one(of course he is polished and decorated and knew he was on camera),but majority of cops are disrepectful,arrogant pricks who think they're better than you,the counties surrounding richmond, henrico and chesterfield are the worst, city cops are real cops dealing with murder,rape,ect..county sit in a cruiser all day waiting to pull you over and right you a ticket. i was once pulled for(and i quote) "missing a screw from my license plate" thats chesterfield
