The problem is insurance itself

The medical and insurance industries have successfully bamboozled the american public into thinking that free health care is bad!

If america cant get it together like Britain ,France or the likes America WILL BY NO MEANS EVER! EVER! solve this health problem

The corporations who are in the pockets of politicians promote "INSURANCE" for everyone and not good health for everyone as you can see there is a priority between the moneychangers and the patients

Yes me must have a single payer system. The President is really showing signs of not understanding the problem on healthcare. He keeps saying health insurance. Let's cut out the middle man and bring down the cost for every one. And for conservatives who say where is the money going to come from: It's going to cost us less in the ling run with a single payer system and there are billions in defense spending that we need to cut.

The greater good must be served!

Access to basic healthcare is the issue--prevention and a change from caring for SICK people to creating HEALTHY people.

Keep the topic on the front burner, Travis. Our president is going to need all the help he can get to keep this dialogue current and positive.

Just as medical care hs become a luxury,so too w/housing (rising costs pst 30 yrs) and food (pst two yrs). Won't end unless take action. Consumers hve power to set prices by refusing to pay, but they've got us by the throat w/medical, insurance expenses. Homeless population hs increased along w/housing costs. In the 60's poor referred to as "Invisible Poor"; couldn't tell who was poor. Today, highly visible.Surprised took so long for consumer market to fall as "Necessities have become Luxuries".

Are you high? Obama hasn't been in favor of single-payer since he got the nomination. It'll be just like his economic policy-- the rich and powerful will get richer, and ordinary Americans will continue to get screwed.
