You're kidding aren't you? Clarkson is good at talking without actually saying anything, that's about it.  Tiff can actually drive so is able to tell you what the cars he reviews are really like, rather than concentrating on sounding cool and guessing what they might be like if he could drive them properly.

@111teamomori tiff is a great driver but you cant slag off clarkson saying all he can do is drive on airfields.if you watch clarkson on topgear you can tell he's a skilled driver.

Clarkson can drive powerful cars sideways on an airfield. 90% of people in the world can be taught to do just that if they are willing, it is not a skilled act.

Tiff is a genuine race driver who can also educate the viewer because he is not a mute elter ego of Stig Blomquist in a white suit. . .

I think top gear is lacking some interesting insight into performance/competition cars in its current format.
