Back on track with the weight loss for the New Year. Things have been really busy lately, but I'm getting back in gear. Total lost since my last post - 3 lbs. Total since 10/02/08 - 27.5 lbs. Hooray!

  • No specific program. Just eating every 2 hours. 1200 to 1550 calories. I stop eating by 6 or 7pm, and try to eat a balanced diet, although I usually don't succeed. Thanks for watching!
