do stuff at home! get a big pilates ball and do stuff with that...jog in place when no one is looking(that is what I do)....do the twist for like 10 minutes...do a couple of crunches....yoga videos...hip hop abs...make up your own workouts! Hell, hella dance with your friends...what's that one Ryan boy you always talk about....he looks like he likes to dance!

going out to the gym with different people helps a lot- i also go out to different places to walk (huge warehouse stores/malls/parks). congratulations on the improvements from the past two years! keep going! you are awesome!

When I don't go to the gym, I ride my bike around the neighborhood.

You know, it's funny because I was having the exact same conversation about walking outside and exercising at a gym. It's true. If you walk, jog and run at a treadmill, you can just stop and walk your ass to the car and go drive home. But if you walk 10 miles away from home. You have to walk your ass back 10 miles. HAHA. Love your videos.
