@TheZenRider1 yeah haha... I think Cummings was better than Morrison at singing. I have no idea where the Doors were when this was recorded... when Morrison died, the band practically broke up. Manzarek and Krieger still tour together, but the dummer, John Densmore has been filing lawsuits against them..ect... its pretty sad

@alec12 Yeah, and as comical as Cummings can be, he didn't destroy the lines! In fact, he could probably channel Morrison vocals pretty good; his short sweet tribute was a decent thing to do. All things considered, where were the Doors when this was recorded? And these two could have really played that out, but they classed it out instead. Bravo!

No body does it like the two of them do. Burton is the master. No doubt a musical genius whatever that may be. The opening is cool in this live version. I think the band played this tight and on the money. Very very cool. I like the variation from years ago to NOW. Still very cool. Wayne

between people there may have been no competition...but there was between the music...even if it wasnt consensual..the music industry caused a rivalry between the groups.....Jann Wenne even said that TGW were way better musicians than the doors...its just the doors drunken frontman brought a revolution to young people..they were more than music...
