@PresyNaras I'm familiar with kamal's work, but in my opinion, "dasa" is not his best, not all characters worked for me. Balram was the best character, the other characters were very artificial....

@sidekick100 Guess you were not familiar with the kind of characters he portrayed. All were masterpieces. Balram, the old woman, the tall guy were all good. Michael Madana Kamarajan (MMKR) was a cult movie, guess no one can recreate it even now, including the legend himself :)

Balram was a superb character other characters were boring, MMKR had 4 entertaining characters but Kamal could only create one intresting character in "Dasa"

narasimha rao....appa rao...raavodu raavaa serndhu co-operate pannanum (double meaning in tamil:two raos'should co-operate with each other and/or work all night long).excellent dialogue written by universal hero kamalji.

Balram naidu was the best character of all the ones Kamal essayed. He definitely stole the show :D

Most of all, note his body language when he speaks out "like that aa??, it's getting bigger now." the makeup for Balram Naidu is excellant. It just resembles like telugu hero some.. Roa (not NTR)
