SAN DIEGO - The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Bertholf, homported in Alameda, Calif., transits alongside the U.S.S. Kaiser, Feb. 19. The Bertholf is the first Legend Class National Security Cutter, the first new class of large cutters in 25 years.
