To be honest I don't think the audio of this video was great so I would'nt fault Jennifer, I think she can sing. Have you heard her singing at her first live concert in Puerto Rico, I thought she was fantastic, I love J LO!

I'm EXTREMELY picky and unforgiving when it comes to pitch but this WAS NOT ALL THAT BAD. Her timing is not off and she actually stays in key the whole time, she is just flat here and there. Her falsetto was also surprisingly OK. Madonna sounds far worse than this, live. The original studio recording of this song is more revealing of her not so great vocals than this performance. One could hear though that there is a vocal tuner in the mix here, you can hear it clearly on her vibrato.

@ladynina46 that is because at a sound check her management ensures the sound techs "filter" her voice to make it sound good to the audience. David letterman & his band heard her real voice because the speakers face away from them. We heard her real voice on TV because the filter only ran through the speakers facing the audience.
